This isn’t the first time I’ve raved about the beauty products I use. And before you mumble horrible things about me under your breath because you can’t believe I spend so much money on these things, hear me out. First, ladies, this is our skin. We only get one shot with it. And take it from me, one day you’re 24 and baking in the sun without a care in the world, and the next thing you know, you wake up and you’re 30 and your skin isn’t as plump and healthy as it was the last time you checked! I can’t stress it enough to take care of your skin and use good products.
Second, I may sink $170 in my daily moisturizer, but I buy it twice a year. The beauty (no pun intended) with a lot of these high priced products is, a little goes a long way. It’s taken me years to find products that work for my skin and actually show results. And believe me, every time I run out of one of these bad boys, I cringe thinking about spending the money on them. And I’ll admit, some times I’ll even try to get by with serum or cream from the grocery store. But after just a few days, I’m reminded of why I spend my kids college funds on beauty products.
